The Ellen H. Buchart Scholarship is available to undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in a health‑ or science‑related field. Members of the Kentucky Public Health Association (KPHA) are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students enrolled in public health programs.
