About the Scholarship

The Ellen Hitt McLaughlin Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors who reside in the South Hampton Roads region, Virginia, and attended Holland Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Virginia for at least one year. Students who wish to pursue a degree at a college or university and have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
