Ellis W. Rowe Memorial Scholarship - Graduate

About the Scholarship

The Ellis W. Rowe Memorial Scholarship is available for students who reside in Gloucester County, Virginia, and are seeking a graduate degree. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students from the York District, those attending Virginia Wesleyan College or another Methodist college, and those studying agriculture, biology, the humanities, marine science, medicine, ministry, nursing, or other basic sciences.
