The Elora’s H.O.P.E. Scholarship is available to students at Chatham University, Duquesne University, La Roche College, Slippery Rock University, or the University of Pittsburgh, who are residents of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, or Westmoreland counties, Pennsylvania. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree in special education with the intention of teaching are eligible to apply.
