The Elsie Mae 'Nat' Glosemeyer Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates of the 11 approved high schools, or those who have obtained their GED, in eastern Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Students who are planning to attend a vocational or technical school, college, or university in Oklahoma are encouraged to apply.
