Requirements
  • This competition is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Connecticut, Ohio, and Texas who are planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must submit an essay on how they are making a positive difference in their community.
  • Selection is based on academic performance (25%), quality and content of their essay (25%), and demonstrated community impact (50%).
