The Engineering Plus Annual Scholarship is available to students at Mississippi State University Bagley College of Engineering who are residents of Kemper, Lauderdale, Noxubee, or Smith counties, Mississippi, or children or grandchildren of Engineering Plus employees are eligible regardless of their home location. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in civil engineering are eligible to apply.
