Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Idaho, Oregon, or Washington who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at colleges or universities in any state.
  • Applicants must be planning to work on an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in a field related to the water environment.
  • They must be U.S. citizens.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic potential, extracurricular activities, letters of recommendation, and experience pertaining to or related to the water or wastewater field.
