Requirements

This program is open to residents of Idaho, Oregon, or Washington who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at colleges or universities in any state.

Applicants must be planning to work on an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in a field related to the water environment.

They must be U.S. citizens.

Selection is based on that essay, academic potential, extracurricular activities, letters of recommendation, and experience pertaining to or related to the water or wastewater field.
