Requirements
  • Open to the children, stepchildren, and adopted children of soldiers who were killed while serving with the Fourth Infantry Division in Iraq, Afghanistan, and/or the GWOT.
  • Attend college, university, postsecondary, vocational or trade school in the United States.
  • Eligibility ends at 25 years of age.
  • Membership in the sponsoring organization is not required. Recipients are chosen by lottery.
