The Eric N. Jacobsen Memorial Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate juniors and seniors who are residents of Hawai'i. Students pursuing a degree in engineering or other field of STEM are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
