The Ernest and Charlene Stachowiak Memorial Scholarship recognizes current college students or nontraditional students who are residents of Boone or Winnebago counties in Illinois. Students who have overcome an obstacle and demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students with strong academic performance.
