Ernest K. Tsujimoto Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to members and children of members of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County who are interested in attending college in any state to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a field of STEM.

Requirements
  • This program is open to members of the South Bay Chapter of JACL and/or the children of members who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be interested in working on a bachelor's or graduate degree in a field of STEM. Along with their application, they must submit a 1page personal statement that reflects their personality, their interest in college, and their financial need for this scholarship.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
