The Ernie Newcombe Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students seeking a bachelor's degree in the geomatics engineering program at California State University, Fresno, or the surveying/geospatial option of the civil engineering program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Students who have lived or worked in Ventura or Santa Barbara Counties, California, plan to pursue a career in the surveying profession, and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply.
