Ernst & Young Ascend Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of Ascend: Pan-Asian Leaders who are undergraduates working on a degree in accounting or related fields.

Requirements

This program is open to members of Ascend who are enrolled as undergraduate or master's degree students at colleges and universities in the United States.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher.

Both permanent and nonpermanent residents are eligible.

Preference is given to those majoring in accounting, information systems, or fields of STEM. Along with their application, they must submit a 500word personal essay that covers 1) the 3 words that describe them; 2) the possibilities this scholarship will present them from a personal and professional standpoint; and 3) a problem they had to solve and how they solved it.

They must also answer questions about their leadership experience.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
