The Etta Gray Memorial Scholarship Program is open to residents of Upstate South Carolina who are currently pursuing technical certification. Students enrolled in one of the five approved technical colleges in South Carolina are encouraged to apply. Recipients will be selected based on their demonstration of financial need.

  • Studying computer technology, information systems, information technology, network administration, or PC programming
