The Etta Gray Memorial Scholarship Program is open to residents of Upstate South Carolina who are currently pursuing technical certification. Students enrolled in one of the six approved technical colleges in South Carolina are encouraged to apply. Recipients will be selected based on their demonstration of financial need.

  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens, or Spartanburg counties, South Carolina
  • Attending TriCounty Technical College, Greenville Technical College, Piedmont Technical College, Northeastern Technical College, Spartanburg Community College, or York Technical College
  • Undergraduate student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Studying computer technology, information systems, information technology, network administration, or PC programming
  • Fulltime student
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S. national
