The Eugenia T. Bumpass Education Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a high school in Louisa County, Virginia. Students who demonstrate strong participation in school activities and community service should apply. Applicants planning to attend the University of Virginia, James Madison University, The College of William & Mary, Mary Washington University, and Virginia Commonwealth University will be given special consideration.
