Everett Kneece Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to high school seniors who live in rural areas of the United States and plan to return there after graduation.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who receive local telecommunications service from a current member of NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association that serves as a sponsor; associate NTCA members (businesses that provide goods and services to the telecommunications industry) may also sponsor a student.

Applicants must live in a rural area and be interested in returning to rural America following graduation.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and have been accepted by an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship is required.
