The Evergreen Federal Bank Project Youth + Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, or North Valley high schools in Oregon who have participated in Project Youth+, previously College Dreams. Students pursuing a certification or a degree are welcome to apply.
