Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Washington and planning to work on a bachelor's degree at a public or private institution of higher learning in any state.
  • Applicants must have a composite score of 20 on the ACT or 1030 on the SAT. They must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Selection is based on academic merit, extracurricular achievements (both scholastically and in their community), and financial need.
