Extremity Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of designated Rocky Mountain states who are patients or survivors of diseases of the extremities and are interested in attending college or graduate school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the Rocky Mountain region (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming) who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, vocational school, or graduate school in any state.
  • Applicants must be patients or survivors who have battled or are battling a limbthreatening condition due to trauma, tumor, or infection.
  • Selection is based on that essay, letters of recommendation, and financial need.
