The Fallen Heroes Scholarship is available to spouses, children, and stepchildren of firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty and are eligible for inclusion on the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Students who participate in community service or extracurricular activities are eligible to apply.
