Family Drinking Water Career Scholarship provides financial assistance to children of members of the New Jersey Section of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) who are interested in attending college or graduate school in any state to prepare for a career in the drinking water industry.

Requirements
  • This program is open to children of New Jersey Section AWWA members who are entering their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year at a 2- or 4-year college or university, enrolling as graduate students, or attending a vocational/technical school or trade school.
  • Their school may be in New Jersey or any other state.
  • Applicants must be interested in working full time on a degree or certificate in a field related to drinking water supply, treatment, or distribution.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
