Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the service area of MidAtlantic Farm Credit, which covers designated counties in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
  • Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or fulltime undergraduates at a 2- or 4-year educational institution in any state.
  • They must be preparing for a career in agriculture, including as a farmer, veterinarian, food scientist, engineer, or educator.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement and extracurricular activities; financial need is not considered.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
