About the Scholarship

The First Catholic Slovak Union College & Graduate Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and graduate students. Applicants must hold qualifying reserve insurance, a JEP policy on a new policy, Juvenile Life Savings, or an annuity or Coverdell IRA with the FCSU for at least three years before April 1 of the year in which they are applying. Members of the First Catholic Slovak Union and individuals of the Catholic faith with Slovak ancestry who have a life insurance policy are welcome to apply.
