The Federal Employee Education and Assistance Scholarship is available to full- or part-time permanent civilian federal or postal employees, their spouses, their children or legal dependents under the age of 25, grandchildren of American Federation of Government Employees or Professional Managers Association members, legal dependents of non-federal BIG members, and children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of current National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association members. NARFE applicants must be high school seniors.
