The Fidelity Scholars Program awards need-based scholarships to students seeking their first degree from the Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Texas. Students who attend college full-time in their permanent state of residence are encouraged to apply.
