This program is open to high school seniors and currently-enrolled college students who are Hawaii residents and of Filipino descent.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state to work on a degree in engineering, architecture, surveying, or a related field.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
