The First Federal Bank of Florida /Dr. Hugo Sotolongo Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to students at Florida Gateway College who are pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in allied health program are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are permanent residents of Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Union, or Baker Counties, followed by residents of Hamilton or Suwannee Counties, Florida.
