The First Responder-Hero Education Scholarship Fund supports graduates of high schools in Danville and Pittsylvania County, Virginia, and Caswell County, North Carolina. Students whose parents are U.S. Armed Services veterans, law enforcement officers, or full-time firefighters are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who had a parent killed or wounded while performing their duties.
