  • Descendants of or spouse of a licensed California commercial fisherman; holders of a valid California commercial fishing license; or employees of a vessel licensed by the California Department of Fish and Game for at least the past 5 years

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
