The Flaming Family Scholarship in Memory of Lucy Flaming is awarded to residents of Jackson and Josephine counties in Oregon who have been attending Rogue Community College for a minimum of 3 years. The scholarship is granted based on financial need, academic ability, character, and citizenship. Students from Rogue Community College are encouraged to apply.
