The Fleet Reserve Association Scholarship is available to students affiliated with the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard through their own service or that of a spouse, parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent. FRA members in good standing, along with their spouses, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, are eligible to apply for an expanded range of awards. U.S. citizens attending school full-time are eligible to apply.

  • Member of Fleet Reserve Association, or their child, grandchild, great-grandchild, or spouse; OR

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree fulltime
