Requirements

This program is open to women from Ohio who are either traditional students (graduating high school seniors or recent GED recipients) or nontraditional students (at least 30 years of age).

Traditional students must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a 4-year college or university in any state; nontraditional students must also attend a 4-year college or university, but they are not required to register full-time.

All applicants must submit an essay describing their plans for enrollment in the educational program, career goals, and financial needs.

U.S. citizenship is required.
