The Florence Evelyn Westhoff Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who are residents of Salina, Kansas, or graduates from a Salina area high school. Students with a connection to University United Methodist Church (UUMC), Salina, Kansas are encouraged to apply. If there are no applicants associated with UUMC, the scholarship may be awarded to a student attending Kansas Wesleyan University.
