The Florida Suncoast Chapter Scholarship is open to female students who are members of the 99s Chapter in Florida. Students who plan to pursue dual flight instruction for Biennial Flight Review, Instrument Proficiency Check, a new rating or certificate, or ground and safety training are eligible.
