The Florida Transportation Builders' Association Trade Scholarship is available to Florida residents who are graduating high school seniors or GED recipients whose parent or legal guardian is a member of, or employed by, a firm that belongs to the Florida Transportation Builders’ Association. Students pursuing studies in welding, electrical work, heavy machinery, heavy equipment/diesel mechanics, carpentry, or commercial truck driving are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students enrolled in programs directly related to the road construction industry.

  • Studying welding, electrician, heavy machinery operator, heavy equipment/diesel mechanic, carpentry, or commercial truck driving Preference is given to students enrolled in a program related to the road construction industry.
