  • This competition is open to high school seniors and current college students who reside in Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada County, Placer County, Richmond, Rocklin, or Sacramento, California.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • They must submit a textile project they have created, including those that use quilting, sewing, weaving, basketry, or knitting.
