The FOREVER2SIX Billy Lowe Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Corning-Painted Post, Elmira, Horseheads, Notre Dame, or Thomas A. Edison High Schools in New York. Students who are varsity athletes, honor students, and registered organ donors are encouraged to apply.
