The Fort Bliss Spouses' Association Merit Scholarship is available to children or spouses of U.S. Armed Services members, including active duty, retired, or KIA, who are currently or were previously stationed at Fort Bliss in Texas, OR children of GS Civilian Employees. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are welcome to apply.
