Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) of Georgia and South Carolina who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
  • Applicants must be either a military spouse with a valid identification card, an adult member of the Fort Gordon Spouses' and Civilians' Club (FGSCC), or the dependent child of an FGSCC member entering their second or subsequent years of higher education.
  • Selection is based on academic standing, trade aptitude, citizenship, character, participation in school and community activities, and desire and sincerity for further education.
