  • This program is open to residents of the greater Washington, D.C. area who are younger than 22 years of age and the children of active duty, retired, or deceased Army personnel of any rank.
  • Applicants must be enrolled fulltime in a postsecondary degree program in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on merit.
