Requirements

This program is open to children and spouses of active-duty, Reserve, or retired military members or Department of Defense civilians.

Applicants must have taken a break in their education and be entering or continuing full or part-time students at a qualifying college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Students or their sponsors must reside in or be assigned to Oahu South.

Selection is based on the essay, academic merit, and community involvement.
