  • This program is open to children of active-duty, Reserve, retired military, or Department of Defense civilians.
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or college students (undergraduate or graduate) who have never taken a break from school and are enrolled or planning to enroll full or parttime at a college, university, or vocational school in any state.
  • Students or their sponsor must reside in or be assigned to Oahu South.
  • Selection is based on the essay, academic merit, and community involvement.
