The Fostering Futures Scholarship is available to residents of Michigan who have experienced foster care within the state on or after age 13. Students who are planning to pursue an associate or bachelor's degree from a postsecondary institution in Michigan are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
