The Fostering Futures Scholarship is available to Michigan residents who have experienced foster care in the state on or after age 13. Students planning to pursue an associate or bachelor’s degree at a postsecondary institution in Michigan are eligible to apply. Recipients are selected based on demonstrated financial need.
