The Frances Hall Comly Scholarship is granted to undergraduate student members of Pi Beta Phi attending a school in the U.S. or Canada. Students who demonstrate a strong commitment to serving Pi Phi, campus, and community are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to members of a chapter in Illinois, Michigan, or Wisconsin.
