Frances S. Watanabe Memorial Scholarship is for students enrolled in an AS or AAS career and technical degree program within the University of Hawaii Community College system. This scholarship was established in 1991 in memory of Frances Watanabe, a long-time and much-loved employee of Dillingham Federal Credit Union. Franny was committed to the maxim of the credit union: people helping people. Residents of Hawaii are encouraged to apply.
