Requirements
  • This program is open to licensed radio amateurs of any class who are enrolled at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be residents of Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin, although preference is given to residents of Illinois.
  • They must be majoring in agriculture, broadcasting, communications, electronics, history, or related fields.
  • Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate knowledge of CW (code) and/or those demonstrating interest in promoting amateur ral;adio service.
