Requirements

This program is open to licensed radio amateurs of any class who are enrolled at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be residents of Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin, although preference is given to residents of Illinois.

They must be majoring in agriculture, broadcasting, communications, electronics, history, or related fields.

Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate knowledge of CW (code) and/or those demonstrating interest in promoting amateur ral;adio service.
