The Frank E. Rogers Scholarship for Agricultural Studies program supports graduating seniors and previous graduates of the Carl M. Small Regional Agriculture Center of Southington High School in Connecticut. Students with financial need who exhibit a hardworking, determined, ambitious, and thoughtful spirit are encouraged to apply.
