The Frank Fang Memorial Scholarship is available for Chinese or Chinese American students who reside in the Hampton Roads region, the Peninsula, or Gloucester County, Virginia, and are planning to pursue a degree at a college or university. Students who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability and leadership through extracurricular activities and community service are encouraged to apply.
