The Frank Ferguson Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Brooke High School in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Students who exemplify leadership, courage in facing life’s challenges, sportsmanship, selflessness/generosity of spirit, humility, scholarship, passion for learning, abiding faith, or volunteerism are welcome to apply.
